Your Mission:
- Development of electronics for spacecraft sub-systems as part of an interdisciplinary team. In particular, on-board computing.
- Component selection, circuit-level design, and simulation.
- Schematic capture and PCB Layout using Altium Designer.
- Power and signal integrity analysis and verification.
- Bring-up, testing, verification, and debugging of PCBs.
- Testing and space environment qualification of unit.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware development.
- Excellent knowledge of multilayer PCB design, schematic capture, layout, and board bring-up.
- Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience with mixed-signal
- Practical experience in stability analysis, including phase and gain measurement and compensation network design and tuning.
- Experience with designing highspeed interfaces (1 Gbit/s Ethernet, PCI Express, DDR4, LVDS, SpaceWire) is a big plus.
- Experience with FPGAs (Zynq Ultrascale+ or similar) and VPX based systems are a plus.
- Knowledge of worst-case, reliability, and derating analyses for space applications is a plus.
- Experience with lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, etc.
- Good English communication skills.
