Job description

Your mission

  • As part of our Delivery Team, you work with clients from the public and private sectors to bring our mission to life.
  • With a high standard of legal rigor, you translate legal regulations, their application frameworks, and the underlying decision logics into machine-readable rule maps.
  • You automate rule maps, among other things by using Rule AI, and ensure their quality, including through in-depth legal research.
  • You integrate rule maps into overarching, legally driven workflows, support their integration into existing SaaS and process landscapes, and thereby create systems for a high level of case automation.
  • Beyond individual projects, you contribute to the development, refinement, and standardization of topic-specific rule-mapping configurations and product use cases.
  • You are part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with other functional areas of the company.

Your profile

  • Ability to prepare legal content precisely and in a structured way and translate it into clear, traceable decision logic.
  • A methodological and systematic approach to legal questions, combined with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of law.
  • Specific expertise as a legislative drafter or in administrative law is an advantage.
  • Ideally experience in the legal tech environment, particularly with SaaS applications or legal automation tools.
  • Strong interest in automation and AI, ideally with initial practical experience with LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, or query languages.
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Professional demeanor and confident interaction with clients.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1 or higher) to effectively bridge clients, technology, and business.

Why us?

  • A central role in the further development of a growing GovTech company.
  • Flexible working models and a modern company culture.
  • Central office in Berlin-Mitte.
  • Innovative projects and strong career prospects.
  • A dynamic team with plenty of room to shape and implement your own ideas
  • Attractive compensation package.
