Your mission
Great learning content has to be accurate, and it also has to be clear, consistent and engaging for our learners. As Learning Content Quality Manager, you define what "good" looks like for our learning materials and make sure that standard is met in every course we produce. You review content, work closely with our content creators and improve our processes so quality is part of content development from the start.
Your tasks
- Own and continuously improve our learning content quality standards, including guidelines, templates, QA criteria and processes
- Review courses and materials for didactic quality, structure, clarity, consistency, accuracy and learner experience
- Give content creators and stakeholders actionable feedback and help them put improvements into practice
- Spot recurring quality issues, find their root causes and introduce scalable solutions in content production
- Use reviews, learner feedback and data to decide where content or processes need attention most
- Create guidance, examples, training and best practices that help others produce better content

- A strong eye for quality and a solid understanding of learning and content development
- A structured, analytical way of working: you improve processes instead of only fixing individual cases
- A hands-on mentality: you implement improvements yourself, test new approaches and research tools that help the team work better
- Clear communication and the ability to give constructive feedback to content creators, subject-matter experts and project teams
- Ownership and pragmatism: you drive improvements proactively and balance quality with deadlines, resources and client requirements
