About the role
As a Brand Manager at LANCH, you will oversee and grow our Loco Chicken brand — based in Berlin and responsible for our global expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive brand equity, market share, and customer loyalty across international markets. From creating and launching new brands to scaling existing ones, your contributions will span the full spectrum of brand management.Your responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Create and roll out new brands while scaling and evolving existing ones across delivery and quick-serve restaurants — from Germany into global markets.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity across different markets and cultural contexts.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers globally while working closely with existing brand creators to amplify visibility and build authentic connections.
- ATL Media Buying: Handle large-scale media buying for TV, print, and OOH campaigns across international markets.
- PR & Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand perception and drive engagement worldwide.
- Event Marketing: Organize activations, sponsorships, and events across markets to build strong brand connections.
- Retail Media: Craft and implement retailer-specific advertising strategies to boost sales and brand presence in-store internationally.
- Creative Collaboration: Write compelling creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver outstanding campaigns that travel across markets.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze data, and share actionable insights to optimize performance across regions.
- Trend Spotting & Insights: Stay ahead of cultural trends globally to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative in each market.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to develop new products, launch limited editions, or improve packaging design for international audiences.
- Customer Research: Leverage insights from diverse markets to align campaigns with local audience needs and preferences.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign and ATL budgets across markets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
About you
To thrive in this role and make a significant impact on our global expansion, you should bring the following qualities and experiences:- Experience: 3–5 years in brand management, preferably within the food industry or similar consumer-facing sectors — ideally with exposure to international or multi-market environments.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at C1 level or above; German is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
- Communication: Exceptional coordination and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders across markets and time zones.
- Mindset: Structured and growth-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, adapt to evolving needs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-scaling environment.
- Creativity & Analytical Thinking: Balance of creative flair and analytical rigor to build campaigns that resonate emotionally while delivering measurable results.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and drive insights for optimization across different markets.
- Influencer Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with influencers and content creators, particularly in co-creating authentic campaigns and partnerships — ideally across multiple markets or cultures.
- Consumer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of consumer behavior across different markets and ability to leverage insights to craft relevant and engaging brand experiences.
