The opportunity:
As our Programme Manager (d/f/m) in the Office of the CFO within the G&A organization, you'll sit at the heart of one of the most strategically important functions at Taxfix. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with G&A leadership, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps critical initiatives moving — from shaping how we communicate our story, to driving the operational rhythms that make a high-performing G&A team tick.
You'll also play a key role in how we build and scale AI-native ways of working within G&A, identifying where intelligent tooling can sharpen decision-making, accelerate execution, and give the CFO's office a genuine edge. You don't just recommend — you build. You know when to think and when to act, and you're comfortable moving from insight to working solution. This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, earns trust quickly, and knows how to turn ambiguity into momentum. If you're energized by working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and emerging technology, and you're ready to make a real impact on a company that's changing how millions of people relate to their finances: we'd love to meet you!
Your responsibilities:
Lead and execute key strategic and urgent projects for the CFO and G&A organization, from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities.
Serve as a trusted sounding board for the CFO on new ideas and initiatives, bringing structured thinking and candid perspective to early-stage conversations.
Initiate and guide the OKR process for G&A, coordinating inputs across the leadership team and ensuring goals are ambitious, measurable, and well-communicated.
Own the development and coordination of preparation and strategy for G&A leadership meetings — including offsite cadence, content, action items, evolution of the team and follow-up execution.
Own and steward G&A’s internal and external communications strategy — acting as the thoughtful custodian of the Finance division's voice and narrative, working with PR & Comms and the EA to the CFO to ensure messaging lands consistently and on time.
Serve as the directly responsible individual for cross-functional G&A processes and handbook alignment.
Partner closely with the EA to the CFO — you set the strategic direction and own the content; the EA ensures operational execution and coordination around it.
Identify and lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows within the G&A function — from decision-support tooling to automated reporting — that increase the quality and speed of strategic work.
Don't just recommend — build. You're comfortable moving from insight to prototype, spinning up lightweight solutions (workflows, tools, templates) that create immediate value while longer-term solutions are designed.
Partner with G&A leadership to embed AI-native practices into how the team operates: how we prepare for meetings, manage OKRs, synthesize information, and communicate externally.
Stay current on developments in AI relevant to G&A — bringing informed, practical recommendations rather than hype — and serve as a thought partner to the CFO on where intelligent tooling creates genuine leverage.
Your profile:
You have a deep understanding of G&A as a function paired with strong general business acumen that allows you to connect the dots across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
You bring deep project management experience and a proven track record of leading complex initiatives from inception to completion — you know how to create structure where there is none and keep things moving even when the path isn't clear.
You have a builder's mindset — you don't just identify what needs to change, you roll up your sleeves and make it happen. Whether that's designing a new process, standing up an AI workflow, or structuring a framework from scratch, you know when to think and when to build.
You're a natural problem solver with a bias for action: you find scalable solutions, work comfortably with abstract ideas across multiple areas, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
You've handled sensitive and confidential financial material in a public company setting, and you bring the discretion and judgment that comes with it.
You communicate with clarity and confidence — whether in writing or in person — and you're equally comfortable presenting to the C-Suite and Board as you are collaborating with peers across the organization.
You're excited about AI and have hands-on experience applying AI tools or building AI-powered workflows in a professional context — you understand where the technology genuinely helps and where it falls short.
You're a calm, organized, and low-ego operator who works well with a wide range of people, inspires collaborative solutions, and knows when to lead and when to listen.
You're genuinely excited by new challenges and have a track record of growing your scope over time by consistently delivering and earning trust
