Team
Our Vision
To be the strategic engine room of Raisin’s People & Culture team—building the secure, data-driven, and innovative infrastructure that empowers our people and scales the organization.
Our Mission
We bridge the gap between people strategy and the technology that powers it. We ensure Raisin is future-ready, fair, and fully compliant by focusing on four core pillars:
- People Systems: We manage and evolve our HRIS landscape so P&C can focus on people, not manual processes.
- People Analytics: We leverage people analytics and AI automation to guide smarter business decisions, driving equity through modern Total Rewards frameworks.
- People Governance: We act as P&C’s compliance anchor—taking ownership of audit requests, people policy and process transformation, and risk management (TPRM) to keep our infrastructure secure.
