- Manage film and photo projects from pre- to post-production, both nationally and internationally
- Handle casting, location scouting, and crew bookings, and negotiate contracts as equals
- Lead budget negotiations confidently and maintain clear financial oversight
- Create detailed daily call sheets to ensure smooth, efficient set operations
- Serve as the main liaison between internal departments, external partners, and project teams
- Degree or vocational training in audiovisual media, film, marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on production experience in TV, cinema, photo, and/or online advertising
- Strong organizational talent, solid negotiation skills, and a clear budget-conscious mindset
- Excellent communication skills, strong initiative, team spirit, and a sense of ownership
- Passion for film and photography, fluent English, proficiency in Mac and MS Office
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel occasionally
