About the team
Angi's Paid Social team is a performance-driven team responsible for scaling Pro and Homeowner acquisition across US, Canada and Europe. We run campaigns on Meta at scale, combining data analysis with creative thinking to drive efficient growth. We work closely with our Brand team to bring to live compelling, high-performing ads — and we move fast. As part of this team, you'll contribute to managing campaigns across markets, own creative performance reporting, and play a hands-on role in shaping the creative direction for your channels.
What you'll do:
Manage Meta Conversion Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize daily paid social campaigns across assigned markets to ensure we consistently hit our goals (CPA, CAC, and ROAS/profit targets).
Track KPIs & Troubleshoot Performance: Keep a close eye on conversion metrics, quickly flag performance drops or irregularities, and come up with practical fixes rather than waiting for direction.
Turn Creative Data into Better Ads: Analyze key ad metrics (CTR, CVR, hook rates) to see what content actually converts, work closely with the Brand Team to request new winning assets and participating in brainstorming sessions to find new messaging angles.
Test & Experiment: Run structured A/B tests and bring fresh campaign ideas to the table based on competitor research, platform trends, and platform updates.
Support Growth & Measurement Projects: Support cross-team projects and initiatives—from tracking Conversion Lift Studies to contributing to AI tooling rollouts—with clear ownership of defined workstreams.
Who you are:
1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing; hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus
Comfortable working with growth marketing KPIs such as CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, and LTV.
Comfortable working with data — you can pull a report, identify a pattern, and communicate what it means in plain language
Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate their usage in daily work
Curious about creative: you pay attention to what's working in the feed, you have opinions about why, and you want to bring that perspective into the room
A self-starter who flags problems early, proposes solutions, and follows through without needing to be chased
Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple markets and workstreams without things falling through the cracks
Collaborative and clear communicator; you work well across teams and know how to translate performance data into something a creative team can act on
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary band for this position ranges from €47,000 - €60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Hybrid work environment and home office set-up allowance.
Temporary work from abroad policy.
Regular team and social events.
