As a Working Student IT Support , you will help sharies solve day-to-day technology issues, keep our workplace equipment and user access organised, and find practical ways to automate repetitive tasks.

We are looking for a hands-on and service-minded working student who enjoys solving IT issues and helping colleagues. You should have some practical experience with devices, software, user accounts, or IT support, but you do not need to be an expert in every area. An interest in cloud administration, AI tools, automation, and IT security is important. You will have the opportunity to develop these skills over time.

Your role:

Provide first-level support for workplace hardware, software, user accounts, and common IT issues.
Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, permissions, and routine settings.
Help manage onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, devices, and checklists.
Maintain accurate hardware inventories and device assignments, and support our MDM solution.
Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and internal user guides.
Help employees use our approved AI services and support them with automation tasks.
Contribute to small IT automation projects that reduce manual work and improve workflows.
Escalate complex, sensitive, or security-related issues clearly and promptly.
Provide reliable, hands-on support onsite at our Berlin office, including basic workplace technology maintenance and keeping the office IT setup organised and operational.

Your profile:

At least one year of hands-on experience in IT support or administration, a helpdesk, a technical working student role, or a relevant internship.
Current enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences, with eligibility to work as a working student.
Practical knowledge of hardware, software, device setup, and IT asset inventories.
An interest in AI services and automation, with a focus on making recurring work simpler.
A basic understanding of IT security, including least-privilege access and the secure handling of accounts and company data.
The ability to maintain clear internal documentation and explain technical steps simply.
A proactive and curious mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership.
Good written and spoken English. German is a plus.
The ability and willingness to work onsite in our Berlin office ideally three to four days per week to support colleagues.

Nice to have:

Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Experience with MDM, asset management, or onboarding and offboarding processes.
Hands-on experience with AI services, workflow automation, basic scripting, or automation tools.
