Your mission
Your mission is to safeguard the quality and reliability of our web applications, ensuring that every release delivers a smooth, secure, and trustworthy experience for both patients and healthcare professionals. You will combine hands-on manual testing with pragmatic, lightweight automation support to help our engineering team ship with confidence. This role is primarily focused on hands-on manual testing and practical quality assurance, with lightweight automation work where helpful, not on building large-scale automation frameworks from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across our mobile applications, with a focus on user-facing flows, edge cases, and healthcare-related user journeys
- Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new features and bug fixes
- Contribute to lightweight test automation efforts by maintaining structured test scenarios, CI test definitions, and API testing workflows (e.g. YAML configs, Playwright/Cypress, BDD-style scenarios)
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and catch issues early
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and work with the team to track issues through resolution
- Validate data flows and API behavior against expected results, including checks against REST APIs and databases
- Comfortable writing simple SQL queries to validate application data
- Help improve QA processes, test documentation, and overall release confidence over time
