Own and optimize a portfolio of paid media channels — with a primary focus on social, programmatic, and affiliates — to drive new customer acquisition and activation.
Build and scale AI-automation workflows across campaign setup, bidding, reporting, and creative iteration.
Design, launch, and scale innovative paid media campaigns that tell the Flink story and attract new users across Germany and the Netherlands.
Dive deep into campaign data to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions to improve performance and ROI.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (like Brand, Creative, and Data Science) to ensure a cohesive and high-impact marketing strategy.
Stay ahead of the curve by testing new channels, exploring emerging trends, and continuously learning in the fast-paced world of performance marketing.

A proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset. You’re not afraid to ask questions, test new ideas, and take ownership.
A strong analytical and quantitative skill set. You are highly comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and performance data to find the 'why' behind the 'what'.
Some initial, ideally 1 to 3 years in a data-centric role. This could be in performance marketing, business analytics, consulting, or a similar field. Direct paid media experience is a plus, but your analytical horsepower is what we value most.
An exceptional ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, operationally profitable, and high growth environment like ours.

For this role as Paid Media Manager (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows:

The base pay for this position is 48,000.00 - 57,000.00 EUR gross for full time (40 hours per week).
