finperks is building the prepaid payments infrastructure for Europe, the Stripe for prepaid. We connect gift card brands to fintech apps, neobanks, and HR SaaS platforms through a single catalog API. We are a Berlin start-up backed by Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures, and we scale fast.
Tasks
You run the operational processes that keep a growing fintech working. This is a broad role: every product a client sees and every go-live passes through your hands, you keep quality high for existing clients, and step into customer service and project improvement projects where needed. You execute the details today and build the scalable processes for tomorrow.
Main areas you will work on:
Product management. You work with our brand partners to track sign-offs and approvals, maintain the catalog data that connects partners to clients, and configure products in our internal platform.
Go-lives and expansion. You run go-lives together with the relevant client partner. You own the launch checklist, coordinate international product testing with external agencies, and confirm everything works before the client goes live. Once a client is live, you keep improving their catalog by adding new brands.
Quality assurance. You are the eye for detail on our product and data quality. Catalogs, terms and conditions, platform configurations: you check and maintain them after go-live so the Sales team can approach new clients with reliable information.
Customer service. You handle a small volume of B2B support cases as they come in. This is about improving the product and preventing future issues, not about being a call centre.
We leverage the power of AI. You will become a key user of our AI-supported processes, and you will build and share new workflows and skills with the wider team.
Requirements
You are early in your career, a recent graduate or with a first working experience behind you. You are structured and detail-oriented. You will have many touchpoints across the team, so you communicate clearly. You are comfortable with new tools and spreadsheets, and when things get messy, you are the one who creates structure and sets a defined process. You are based in Berlin or ready to relocate, and you want an on-site role in a modern co-working space, close to the rest of the team.
Nice to have
- Interest in fintech, payments, or gift cards
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- QA or process-improvement experience from a previous role, internship, or project
- German language skills

How you will grow
This is a high-exposure, high-learning role across all of our operations. You work closely with our Supplier and Sales teams, coordinate our intern(s), and build operational tools hands-on. Whether you grow into a specialist or a generalist operations manager depends on your strengths and how the business develops. You join an experienced team of repeat founders and report directly to our Chief of Staff.
What we offer

Base compensation of 30,000 to 36,000 euro depending on experience, in a central Berlin co-working space.
