Build something that matters.
Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.
About the Role
Events are an important part of how we build Langdock's community. We host customer dinners, our conference "The Dock", forums, webinars, and other gatherings that bring together people who are shaping the future of work and AI.
As an Events Intern or Working Student, you will support the planning and execution of our events. You will see what it takes to run professional events from the inside - from the first planning document to the last guest leaving the room.
This is a hands-on role with lots of ownership. You will work closely with our marketing team, take responsibility for your own tasks, and learn quickly by doing.
If you are curious about how great events come together, this is your perfect learning opportunity.
What You Will Do
Support the execution of our conference, customer dinners, forums, team events, and other community activations
Help with event planning, timelines, checklists, guest lists, invitations, and registrations
Coordinate with venues, caterers, speakers, suppliers, and other external partners
Prepare event materials, signage, name badges, welcome packages, and other on-site details
Support guest communication before, during, and after events
Help create smooth experiences for speakers, customers, prospects, and our team
Be on-site during events and help make sure everything runs as planned
Take ownership of specific workstreams and bring them to completion
Help us document what worked, what did not, and how we can improve future events
What Makes This Different
You will not just be observing from the sidelines. You will be involved in real events and trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the beginning.
You will learn how professional events are built: how to turn an idea into a format, how to work with partners, how to manage details under time pressure, and how to create an experience that people remember for the right reasons.
Because we are a small and fast-moving team, you will have direct access to the people making decisions. You can ask questions, suggest ideas, and see the impact of your work quickly.
You Might Be a Fit If…
You are curious about events, marketing, community, or communications
You enjoy organizing things and keeping track of details
You take responsibility and follow through on what you start
You are comfortable working on several tasks at once and staying calm when plans change
You communicate clearly and professionally in both German and English
You are hands-on and happy to help wherever needed - including on-site during events
You have a good sense for what makes people feel welcome and looked after
You are currently studying or have recently graduated, ideally in event management, marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field
You are a kind person who cares about the people around you
Previous event experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about your energy, reliability, and willingness to learn.
The Environment
We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch and dinner are together. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from work here, it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
Compensation
This is a paid role.
Next Steps
We move fast. Most processes complete within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.
