We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Intern to support the Creative Operations Lead and help keep the creative team’s projects, systems, and information running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in the intersection of project management, marketing, business operations, and creative work. You do not need to be an expert in our tools or processes — we are looking for someone who is curious, structured, eager to learn, and excited to grow their Creative Operations skill set over the course of the internship.
Your Tasks
Support the Creative Operations Lead with the day-to-day coordination and tracking of creative projects, deadlines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
Help maintain the creative team’s Notion ticketing system and keep project information accurate and up to date.
Review incoming tickets for missing information and support smooth handovers between stakeholders and the creative team.
Assist with weekly planning, project status updates, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Collect and organize data for simple reporting on project volume, timelines, overdue work, and team capacity.
Support project coordination and administrative tasks across campaigns, launches, and ongoing creative requests.
Assist with the organization and migration of creative assets into a digital asset management system, including file auditing, naming, tagging, and quality checks.
Help maintain process documentation, trackers, templates, and other Creative Operations resources.
Your Profile
You are at the beginning of your career, ideally with up to 1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience.
You are studying or have recently graduated in a field such as business, marketing, communications, project management, media, or a related area.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to information and processes.
You have an interest in how creative teams work, while also enjoying the coordination, planning, and operational side of projects.
You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and follow through reliably on tasks.
You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, databases, or other structured information.
You are curious, proactive, and keen to learn new tools and ways of working.
Previous experience with tools such as Notion, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, or digital asset management systems is a plus, but not required.
Some exposure to marketing, creative production, or project coordination through university, internships, working student roles, or previous employment is beneficial.
You are fluent in English.
